Hi-Tech Audio & Image, along with MA Lighting and in collaboration with Production Brew invite passionate lighting professionals and enthusiasts across India to participate in The Lighting MAestro - grandMA3 Programming Contest. Whether you're an up-and-coming talent or already working in the industry, this is your opportunity to compete.

Concerts, Theatre, Houses of Worship and Architainment - each designed to highlight different aspects of lighting creativity and technical skill. Participants can choose the category that best aligns with their interests and expertise, offering them a focused platform to showcase their talent within their preferred domain of lighting design and programming.

Steps to Register for the MA Programming Contest
Step 1 – Fill Out the Registration Form
Complete all required fields, including your name, age, contact information, educational or professional background, and category of participation.
Step 2 – Submit Your Entry
After filling in the details, click Submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps and submission deadlines.
Step 3 – Stay Updated
Follow Hi-Tech Audio & Image on social media or Check your mail regularly for updates, tutorials, and announcements.
Programming Guidelines

A pre-built grandMA3 show file, MVR files and lighting plot PDF will be provided.

Fixture types and 3D positions in the file cannot be changed.

No other external video or pixel mapping tools should be used.
Prizes
The contest winners will be honored with industry-leading gear designed to power their professional journey. The Grand Prize winner will take home a grandMA3 onPC Command Wing, an essential tool for every lighting programmer. The 1st Runner-up will be awarded a grandMA3 NODE, while the 2nd Runner-up will receive a viz-key—both empowering them to enhance their programming and visualization capabilities.

The grandMA3 onPC command wing is designed as a powerful control solution on tour, for smaller theaters, shows, clubs or houses of worship. Also, if you are looking for a clever backup solution for your grandMA3 system or if you need a small pre-programming station, the grandMA3 onPC command wing will be the perfect choice.

grandMA3 viz-key
Each visualization computer needs one grandMA3 viz-key. It knows about all third-party visualizers - there is no need for a specific dongle per manufacturer – one solution fits it all. Additionally, the grandMA3 viz-key comes with 512 parameters onboard that can be output via DMX over Ethernet. This allows for simple fixture tests in the real world if no other parameters are available.

The grandMA3 onPC 2Port Node 2k PoE is the smartest solution within MA Lighting’s range of Nodes. It is cost-effective – and just as powerful as its larger models. The Node is the perfect entry-level for the grandMA3 onPC software - just connect it with a PC and control your fixtures directly. It is also the most flexible device to distribute the DMX lines in many different places in your installation. Might it be theatre, TV or house of worship, you can get your DMX in- and outputs wherever you need them.
